Hey guys, Allison here. As you probably know, we at MotoCMS are cooperating with talented people all around the world. Good for us, we have some good friends in Ecuador. MotoCMS Customer Interview – Introduction

Before we go, I would like to make a small introduction. I am a kind of spying sometimes, and I couldn`t stay away from bringing in some facts about Alejandro. He was born on September 12, speaks 3 languages (English, Spanish, and French), and knows everything about branding, digital marketing, advertising and social networking. His hobbies are fishing, biking and traveling. He loves cooking and does it professionally. And, well, I am more than sure that he likes dogs more than cats. 😉 That seems to be a really important fact when you want to get to know someone better.

He has purchased the first template from MotoCMS in 2013; therefore it can be stated for sure that we have been friends for more than 5 years already. At those dark times, we were specializing in Flash templates, and many things changed over the years. However, the fact that Alejandro stays loyal to us probably means that we are successfully growing together and keep up-to-date according to the needs of the customers.

MotoCMS Customer Interview – the Discussion

Now I suggest you proceed with some questions, which Alejandro kindly agreed to answer in order to share his experience with other people who might be interested in MotoCMS templates. Let`s get it started!

Allison: Hi Alejandro, nice to finally talk to you in person! For starters, could you please tell us a bit about yourself and your business? Who is your target audience, and what do you offer to your customers?

Alejandro: I first became interested in your templates five years ago, since I´m a marketing consultant, my clients usually ask me about digital technology and new ways to promote their services/products.

What I liked about your templates is the friendly relationship that my clients may have with the websites I build for them, all this fits well in my brand´s interest for teaching my clients how to administrate a website I create for them once the first stage (creation and edition) is finished.

Allison: What was your experience level in building websites prior to meeting with the MotoCMS admin panel? Have you used any other systems before?

Alejandro: The experience was pretty awesome. Considering that I started using your previous versions, I found a really friendly platform. I have explored and tried websites in WIX, but the experience was not really good, a little confusing if I´m honest.

Allison: How did you come up with an idea of creating a website with MotoCMS? What benefits did cut a decisive figure?

Alejandro: Basically because my country is still two steps delayed in digital communications and platforms; the decisive figure was the good taste in design of your templates and the edition freedom that your administrative panels offer.

Allison: What was the last MotoCMS template you bought and why?

Alejandro: Actually I updated one since I wanted to try your new MotoCMS 3 versions, and the experience was incredible, also I got attracted to the fact that this new version presents a more versatile technology.

You can find the template Alejandro tried below.

Allison: Share a few thoughts on getting your website launched. Was it abstruse for you or vice versa? How much time did it take?

Alejandro: Usually it takes me nothing more than five days to have a website ready, It´s quite a great experience, simple, efficient and beautiful.

Allison: What features in the admin panel would you consider the most useful for the editing of your website?

Alejandro: The widgets, of course, they present a very easy way to improve any websites functionality.

Allison: What would you like to get with MotoCMS in future (features, widgets, plugins, improvements)?

Alejandro: Maybe an advanced training program, but for people that resell the templates, like me.

You think that is the end of the interview? Hell no! Below we are providing some helpful information for potential resellers.
