I'm very sorry but for a company who want to make a professional service it is far from being the case.
I bought three product from template monster using your CMS, and I was very satisfied from the product itself.
BUT if i must wait 2-3 days to have a solution to solve my problem regarding configuration of the CMS, i think this will be the last time i will buy a FlashMotoCMS...
I posted a support request the 18 October, and actually i can't solve my problem with the very approximate answer from the support.
I know 2 days are not very very long, but for someone who want to work with your product to release site for them customers it is not very professional to require of its customers to wait two days without the capacity to explain them where is the problem exactly...
So PLEASE, could you answer to my support ticket and bring there a little more explanation.

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused. We try to answer all of our tickets in a timely manner. All of the tickets are answered within 24 hours on the first come first, served basis. We understand your concerns and how important our answers for you. We will do our best to improve our service and give a high priority to your further requests.
I feel the same. You need to hire more help, obviously, because the product has a lot of bugs, and answering "within 24 hours" is flat out not acceptable. I've been waiting with urgent changes and cannot get a response.
